Why does CleanOps need my location?

CleanOps uses location data to track field operations, verify job site attendance, and coordinate team activities. Background location enables continuous tracking during active work shifts so your team managers can ensure efficient operations.

How do I disable location tracking?

You can disable location tracking at any time through your device’s Settings > Privacy > Location Services > CleanOps. Note that disabling location may limit certain app features.

Is my biometric data stored on your servers?

No. Biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID) is processed entirely on your device using Apple’s secure enclave. We never receive, transmit, or store your biometric data.

How do I delete my account?

Contact your organization’s CleanOps administrator or email us at support@cleanops.ai to request account deletion. We will process your request within 30 days.
