• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and organization details when you create an account or are invited by your employer.
• Authentication Data: We use biometric authentication (Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint) to verify your identity. Biometric data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Precise Location Data: With your permission, we collect your precise GPS location in both the foreground and background. This is used to track field operations, verify job site attendance, optimize route planning, and provide real-time team coordination.
• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and app version.
• Usage Data: App interaction data such as screens viewed, features used, and timestamps.
• Crash and Diagnostic Data: Error logs and performance data to help us improve the App.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Authenticate your identity and provide secure access to the App
• Track field operations and verify presence at job sites
• Optimize route planning and scheduling for field teams
• Enable real-time team coordination and job management
• Send push notifications about job assignments and updates
• Improve, maintain, and troubleshoot the App
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Location Data

Location tracking is a core feature of CleanOps for field operations management. We collect precise location data to verify that field workers are at assigned job sites, track routes during active operations, and coordinate team activities.

• Background Location: The App collects location data even when it is closed or not in active use. This enables continuous tracking during field operations shifts.
• Foreground Location: Location is collected while you are actively using the App for navigation and job site check-in.
• You may disable location tracking at any time through your device’s Settings. Disabling location may limit certain features of the App.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information with:

• Your Employer / Organization: Location data, job completion status, and activity logs are shared with your organization’s CleanOps administrators as part of field operations management.
• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist us in operating the App (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your location data for advertising or tracking purposes unrelated to field operations.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Location data is retained for the duration required by your organization’s data retention policies, typically up to 12 months. You or your organization’s administrator may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure credential storage on-device, and biometric authentication. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of certain data collection (e.g., disable location permissions)
• Request a portable copy of your data
